When you click on Spreds you can be a co-investor in ROOV.

At the moment Luc Rombaut, Jan De Clerck and myself (Frédéric Vandenhende) founded ROOV, we didn’t start immediately with programming. We didn’t go forward without thinking of our product. In 2017 we did a very intensive market research on how we would built our app en which features we should include before we go live.

After one year of extra knowledge we finally started with encoding our app. During the first year we invested with our 3 the MVP. (minimum viable product). But launching a B2C product into the market costs a lot of money.

We started really early with the search of good co-investors. But not only money was our main aspect. We wanted entrepreneurs that knew the tech industry and had experience in that area.

The strong shoulders to support our ROOV app are: Managing Partner of Domo Investment Group Anthony De Clerck, the CEO of the webhosting company Combell Jonas Dhaenens, COO of Rydoo Wim Derkinderen and serial entrepreneur Dieter Aelvoet of AIM Group.

With Spreds U can co-invest at the start of a fantastic story. A story that is only the beginning of something. An application that becomes better and better and where we will launch on a regular base new features. You only need 1 app to fully manage your administration!

I want to thank already everybody that invests in ROOV. Our team will do everything that is possible to even gain more trust in the coming months and to make our app a succes.

Little note
The name of the company is officially Augias Corp. The reason why we thought that was a good name was related to Greek mythology.

‘The fifth Labour of Heracles (Hercules in Latin) was to clean the Augean stables. Eurystheus intended this assignment both as humiliating (rather than impressive, like the previous labours) and as impossible, since the livestock were divinely healthy (immortal) and therefore produced an enormous quantity of dung. These stables had not been cleaned in over thirty years, and 3,000 cattle lived there. However, Heracles succeeded by rerouting the rivers Alpheus and Peneus to wash out the filth.’

With ROOV we try to manage a hard taks with a different approach to get insights in your administration in no time.
