The ROOV app will be retired
Over the past few years, ROOV has helped you manage your finances more effectively. Unfortunately, the app has now become outdated. We have therefore decided to discontinue it and replace it with an app specifically designed for people under guardianship, in debt mediation, or receiving budget counselling.
What now?
For the time being, the app will continue to work as usual. Therefore, you do not need to take any action today.
What will happen when the app is permanently discontinued?
Are you under guardianship, in debt mediation, or receiving budget counselling?
When the ROOV app is discontinued, you will receive an invitation by email to download the new app.
Do you use ROOV to manage your own finances, independently of any guardianship, debt mediation or budget counselling?
Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use ROOV.
However, several good alternatives are available. You could, for example, use your bank’s app, Spendee, or Wallet by BudgetBakers.
What will happen to my current subscription?
Your ROOV subscription will be cancelled automatically, and you will receive a proportional refund for your current subscription. You do not need to do anything for this.
